About the Role

Urban Retail Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic and responsible Warehouse Manager for our warehouse located in Pamohi, Guwahati. The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of hands-on experience in warehouse or inventory management and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure timely order processing and coordination with logistics.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficient task allocation.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and supply chain teams.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and data entry related to stock movement.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/inventory management (retail or FMCG preferred).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems & MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced operations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Salary

• As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
