About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager with expertise in handling rubber, polymer, plastic, and masterbatch materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and storage of raw materials & finished products.
Implement best practices for handling rubber, polymer, plastic, and masterbatch materials.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for seamless operations.
Maintain health & safety standards within the warehouse environment.
Lead and train warehouse staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and streamline processes.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record in Warehouse Management within the rubber, polymer, plastic, or masterbatch industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge: Understanding of material handling, storage conditions, and safety protocols.
Technology: Familiarity with Warehouse Management software and ERP systems.
