As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Manager & Problem Solver at B & B Tent and Party Rentals, you will play a vital role in streamlining operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position is essential for ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively and that orders are fulfilled accurately, contributing to the overall success of our events.

Schedule: 2:00 PM – Close (Overtime Required as Needed)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Warehouse Manager to lead our second-shift team and oversee all warehouse operations with an emphasis on productivity, efficiency, service, safety, quality, and accountability. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, the flexibility to adapt on the fly, and the leadership to guide a diverse team of English and Spanish speaking associates toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and coordinate all second-shift warehouse activities including loading, unloading, inventory control, and repairing.

· Serve as the shift’s primary point of escalation for real-time operational challenges and decision-making.

· Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff while promoting a respectful, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace culture.

· Ensure effective communication across departments and among bilingual team members (English/Spanish).

· Develop, implement, and enforce procedures for inventory quality control, cleaning, equipment maintenance, product handling, labeling, and storage.

· Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, and losses, and maintain accurate documentation through checklists, logs, and reports.

· Verify inventory accuracy through reconciliation with internal computer systems.

· Maintain a well-organized, efficient warehouse layout to maximize productivity and space utilization.

· Monitor onboard camera systems for compliance and escalate concerns as appropriate.

· Support service recovery efforts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Participate in regular and impromptu team meetings and engage with other shifts to ensure consistent operations.

· Research and recommend improvements in workflow, staffing, or technology that increase efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.

· Work until operational goals are complete; manage overtime needs and staffing adjustments as required.

· Complete all required operational and performance reports.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

· 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or similar supervisory role

· Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

· Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in WMS platforms and Microsoft Office

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to lead under pressure

· Knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety practices

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
