What You’ll Do:

• Sourcing and purchasing necessary materials and equipment to stock the warehouse
• Manage full counts and cycle counts of both warehouse and vehicles
• Manage warranty returns process
• Manage HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Generator, material receiving process
• Manage truck replenishment process, material return process and purchase order process
• Manage installations, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillment
• Manage warehouse staff daily to maximize efficiency to streamline operations
• Manage tool maintenance
• Update material costs, and negotiate with suppliers

Desired Skills and Experience:

• You should have experience in supply chain, operations, and inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn and plan.
• Experience with inventory management software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with different company departments
• The ability to understand and drive key performance indicators in the warehouse
• A self-motivated leader who is accountable for their team’s work
• Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data
• Action orientation with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to operate a forklift

Physical Demands:

• Must be physically able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time
