What You’ll Do:
-
Sourcing and purchasing necessary materials and equipment to stock the warehouse
-
Manage full counts and cycle counts of both warehouse and vehicles
-
Manage warranty returns process
-
Manage HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Generator, material receiving process
-
Manage truck replenishment process, material return process and purchase order process
-
Manage installations, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillment
-
Manage warehouse staff daily to maximize efficiency to streamline operations
-
Manage tool maintenance
-
Update material costs, and negotiate with suppliers
Desired Skills and Experience:
-
You should have experience in supply chain, operations, and inventory management
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-
Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn and plan.

Experience with inventory management software
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with different company departments
-
The ability to understand and drive key performance indicators in the warehouse

A self-motivated leader who is accountable for their team’s work
-
Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data
-
Action orientation with strong negotiation skills

Ability to operate a forklift
Physical Demands:

Must be physically able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted

Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time
