About the Role

We re looking for a Warehouse Operations- Senior Team Leader to support our leadership team in executing daily operations, supervising shifts, and reporting performance across key logistics functions. You will drive compliance, continuous improvement, and act as a vital link between frontline teams and management leveraging digital tools and data insights to boost efficiency and productivity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the team to meet the daily production goals on safety, quality, velocity and cost targets.

  • Implement productivity, quality, and service standards; resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Proactively resolve issues and generate new ideas for your assigned area using the Continuous Improvement (CI) process to improve quality, effectiveness and safety.

  • Contribute performance data to strategic planning and reviews.

  • Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired as needed.

  • Applies structured methods to resolve daily issues (e.g., inventory discrepancies, bottlenecks).

  • Uphold an inclusive, engaging safety culture.

Skills you have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Aware of, controls, and expresses emotions, and handles interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

  • Self-motivated, with the flexibility to deal with independent and team behaviors, you should be able to motivate teams through positive reinforcement to build an inclusive environment.

  • Making decisions and actions that reflect our values and support the enterprise.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and visualize operational data (e.g., Power BI, Excel).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Familiarity with digital inventory and order tracking systems.
