Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, quality checks, space utilization, logistics, floor productivity, dispatch, and customer support.
• Plan and manage work schedules for the warehouse team, ensuring smooth workflow, high efficiency, and reduced overtime.
• Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and tools, and coordinate maintenance or repairs when required.
• Hold regular meetings with warehouse leads to review performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies for loss prevention.
• Coordinate and supervise logistics activities, ensuring timely movement of goods to customers and company locations, while staying in close communication with drivers and transport partners.
