Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to manage daily operations at our automotive yard/warehouse. The role involves overseeing the movement, storage, and inspection of vehicles, managing a team of drivers and warehouse staff, and ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in automotive logistics or warehouse management with strong leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily yard and warehouse operations, including vehicle movement, parking, loading, and unloading.
• Lead and manage a team of drivers and warehouse assistants, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, documentation, and storage in compliance with company and port/yard regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for import/export schedules, container loading, and delivery planning.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track all vehicle movements.
• Ensure the yard/warehouse remains safe, organized, and clean at all times.
• Identify and report any damages, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse or Yard Supervisor / Team Leader within the automotive or logistics industry.
• Strong background in managing a team of drivers and warehouse staff.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle handling, export/import processes, and yard operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse or ERP systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• Immediate Joiners are preferred.
