Description:

We are looking for a Parts and Warranty Administrator for a growing business. Job duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Parts ordering for both retail and internal needs.
  • Warranty submission.
  • Light customer service writing.
  • Keep customers up-to-date on the work progress of their unit.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, and who is detail orientated with speed and accuracy.
