Washing Manager – Denim Division

We are hiring an experienced Washing Manager for our Denim Factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee denim washing operations (wet & dry process)

• Develop washing recipes & ensure shade accuracy

• Manage washing team & production targets

• Coordinate with production, quality, and sampling

• Maintain machine utilization & process control

• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery

Required Experience:

✔ 5–15 years of experience in denim washing

✔ Strong knowledge of chemical usage & washing techniques

✔ Team handling & problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to manage bulk orders and sampling
