Waterproofing Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out waterproofing works for swimming pools, water features, planter boxes, and other landscape-related water-retaining structures.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing cracks, joints, and concrete defects before waterproofing application.
• Apply approved waterproofing systems such as membranes, cementitious coatings, polyurethane, epoxy, and joint sealants.
• Ensure proper coverage, curing, sealing, and protection of all treated surfaces.
• Conduct inspections to check for leakage, weak points, and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, pool teams, and other landscaping crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform touch-ups and corrective works when required to maintain pool and landscape waterproofing integrity.
• Maintain tools, follow safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Experience in swimming pool and landscape waterproofing works.
• Knowledge of waterproofing materials, tools, and application techniques.
• Ability to understand basic drawings and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety awareness.
