Web Designer

A Web Designer is responsible for creating the visual layout, user interface (UI), and overall aesthetic of websites and digital products. This role combines graphic design skills with an understanding of user experience (UX), responsive design, and front-end web technologies to produce visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Website Layouts & UI
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Develop visually appealing, responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
• Front-End Implementation
• Convert designs into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• User Experience (UX) Optimization
• Conduct usability research and apply UX best practices.
• Improve site navigation, user flow, and accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and usability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
