Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and the latest design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new website designs.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement designs.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Maintain and update existing websites as needed.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance UX.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design languages.
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma/Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Good sense of aesthetics, color, typography, and layout.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design best practices.
• Animation and motion graphics skills.
