Key Responsibilities:
Digital Asset Creation:

Design visually compelling landing pages using Figma, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and best UX/UI practices.

Create attractive and engaging graphics for organic and paid social media content, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.

Develop and optimize email templates to enhance visual appeal, user engagement, and responsiveness.

Design brochures, PDFs, and other digital collateral that communicate key brand messages effectively.
Advertising & Campaign Visuals:

Conceptualize and produce creative static, dynamic, and rich media banners for online advertising campaigns (Google Display Network, programmatic platforms, etc.).

Design visuals optimized for various digital advertising formats and channels, ensuring adherence to platform-specific requirements and best practices.

Create and resize assets efficiently for various advertising formats, ensuring consistency and optimal quality.
Graphic Design & Branding:

Produce logos, icons, and visual branding elements, managing vector graphics and SVG formats efficiently.

Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs, adhering to established visual identity guidelines.

Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive and visually consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
Motion & Interactive Design:

Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for digital banners, ads, and social media content.

Stay current with design trends, digital media advancements, and interactive technologies to continually enhance user experience.
Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with front-end developers, content creators, and marketers to ensure designs are effectively implemented and achieve campaign objectives.

Present design concepts clearly, articulating creative rationale and incorporating feedback effectively.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a Web Designer or a similar role with a robust digital portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD), and other industry-standard design software.

Extensive experience in creating responsive and user-centric web designs, understanding UX/UI principles thoroughly.

Strong skills in graphic design, typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.

Proven experience creating dynamic and rich media banners, interactive content, and animations.

Technical familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and web asset optimization for improved website performance.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.
