We're looking for a customer-focused Web Designer and Marketing Admin to join our growing marketing team.

Summary

As a Web Designer/MarketingAdmin team member, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our digital storefronts while building strategic relationships with retail, affiliate, and marketing partners. This hybrid role combines data driven e-commerce management with front end web design, making it ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Responsibilities

• Design front-end pages for using the Shopify platform, providing novel creative designs that increase sales and brand interaction.
• Oversee product listings, promotions, pricing, and merchandising across key platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Newegg, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Manage daily marketing operations including email marketing, affiliate relations, promo code distribution, discord community management, etc.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new marketing opportunities including campaigns, initiatives and advertising, driving performance and increasing conversions.
• Conduct regular site and data audits to ensure product accuracy, pricing, and SEO alignment.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic trends, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
• Support the launch of limited-edition drops, influencer collaborations, and exclusive promotions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of online initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or web design.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon, and similar e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and experimentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, creative, and resourceful, looking for opportunities at how to better your work and taking initiative to implement improvements quickly and effectively
• Familiarity with PC hardware

Preferred:

• Up to date with the latest tech and gaming trends
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and SEO strategy.
• Intimate familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.

• Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
