Web Developer (Night Shift – USA Healthcare Industry)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites from scratch, ensuring speed, functionality, and scalability.
• Integrate APIs, plugins, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance or functionality issues.
• Optimize websites for SEO, usability, and overall user experience.
• Ensure all websites align with brand standards, UI/UX guidelines, and project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and design trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing product and marketing needs.
• Create Instagram ads, banner posts, and digital creatives as required.
• Utilize AI tools for design enhancement, automation, and content generation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in building and deploying websites from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Experience using front-end design tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working independently during night shifts.
• Experience in creating social media creatives (Instagram ads, banners) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of AI tools for web development, design, or content creation is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
• Experience working on healthcare domain websites.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and modern design aesthetics.
