Job Description
The Contractor shall design, build, and maintain a website, using authoring or scripting
languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
The Contractor shall analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan the development
of new websites and modifications of an existing one.
The Contractor shall analyze user needs and site requirements to determine feasibility of design
within time and resource constraints.
The Contractor shall apply coding and testing standards, apply security testing tools, and
conduct code reviews.
The Contractor shall compile and write documentation of site development and subsequent
revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.
The Contractor shall consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify
program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
The Contractor shall build sustainable relationships of trust through timely, open and interactive
communication.

Demonstrated experience using WordPress.
Demonstrated experience in SharePoint.
Demonstrated experience using open source software
Demonstrated experience using content management systems.
Demonstrated experience writing workflows to include changing security permissions using
workflow commands.
Demonstrated experience building customized reports, forms, and new features.
Demonstrated experience configuring and administering search, configuring site collections, and
developing new content types in WordPress and SharePoint.

Certification as a SharePoint Administrator
