Job Summary

The Webmaster will manage, maintain, and optimize our company's digital presence across our website and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website CMS, UX and UI, SEO, content management, and analytics-and a solid understanding of how to position our brand online to drive qualified leads, enhance customer experience, and support business growth. The Webmaster will serve as the technical and strategic owner of our web properties, ensuring our sites are fast, secure, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand and marketing goals.

  • This position will be based out of our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities

Website Management & Maintenance
  • Maintain and update company websites using CMS platform (e.g., WordPress)
  • Ensure the site is secure, responsive, and optimized for performance, accessibility, and mobile devices.
  • Manage hosting environments, DNS records, SSL certificates, and domain renewals in collaboration with the web programmer.
  • Oversee routine backups, uptime monitoring, and bug fixes in collaboration with IT and marketing team members

Content & UX Management
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to publish and optimize content (product pages, case studies, news, etc.).
  • Ensure web design, navigation, and content structure support user experience and conversion goals.
  • Perform competitive analysis and keyword assessments
  • Maintain consistency with brand standards, visuals, and messaging across all web assets.
  • Support the marketing team with insights, content ideas, and engagement recommendations for social channels

SEO, Analytics & Performance
  • Manage and execute SEO strategies including on-page optimization, metadata, and site structure improvements.
  • Set up and track performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Understand technology and regulatory changes that could impact site performance or compliance
  • Develop and share regular reports on web traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior.
  • Identify opportunities to improve search visibility and lead generation.

Digital Integration & Tools
  • Work with IT and marketing team to integrate CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., Personalization, Account Engagement - Pardot, Marketing Cloud Intelligence).
  • Implement tracking pixels, forms, and other lead capture tools.
  • Manage website-related vendor relationships and oversee digital development projects.

Compliance & Security
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG), privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and data protection standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing corporate or B2B websites.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress preferred).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing hosting, domains, and website security protocols.
    Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD

Preferred
  • Experience in the industrial, construction, or manufacturing sector.
    Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce).
    Basic familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, or API integrations.
