DIBC is a Tech and Design company operating in Mumbai since almost a decade. We have had the pleasure to serve several industries & companies from startups to MNC in India, US, Canada, UK, Africa and Dubai. It's our pride to work for BARC ( Bhabha Atomic Research Centre ) & serve the Government of India.

We are now in a plan for expansion and looking forward to hire a Web Designer.

As a web designer, you will be responsible for envisioning and creating compelling and responsive cross-platform websites, mobile applications and digital interfaces optimised for various screen sizes and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications, with a strong focus on WordPress.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with designers to translate visual concepts and narratives into functional websites.
• Implement front-end and back-end features and functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO.
• Ensure cross-device compatibility and perform routine maintenance and updates to existing websites.
• Conduct testing to identify bugs and ensure that every site functions well across various browsers and platforms before deployment.
• Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of WordPress development.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Good understanding of Design and SEO principles and ensuring that the application adheres to them.
• Proven experience as a Website Developer with a robust portfolio that includes WordPress sites.
• Strong experience in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Familiarity with Divi, Elementor, or other WordPress page builders.
• Understanding of WordPress security best practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, ability to perform simple modifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
