Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication of Sheetmetal and machined parts This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the use of power tools, as well as a solid understanding of codes and standards related to metal fabrication.

Duties
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and procedures for fabrication.
- Utilize welding techniques to assemble metal components, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Perform rigging tasks as necessary for lifting and positioning materials during the fabrication process.
- Conduct measurements using calipers and basic math skills
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements
- Proven experience in welding, with knowledge of various welding processes (MIG, TIG, etc.).
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints.
- Proficiency in using power tools and machinery relevant to metal fabrication.
- Strong understanding of industry codes and standards related to welding and fabrication.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for long periods.
