Welder/Fabricator (5 years experience required)

We are searching for the right individual, a fabricator with at least FIVE years' experience who is interested in expanding their skills and contributing to a growing company. This position has potential for growth if you are driven, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work.

Please Note: We are a fabrication shop that requires everyone to be able to complete projects start to finish. We do not have positions that only perform welding or fitting.

Position requirements (non-negotiables):

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean DMV Record (proof of record will be required)
• Drug Free
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Safety mindset
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Standing for the entire shift other than at breaks or lunch
• Must be able to measure, layout and cut accurately within 1/32”
• Must be able to perform simple math
• MINIMUM 5 years welding experience in industry
• Welding certifications – FCAW, SMAW

Highly Desirables:

• Building/ construction experience, not just in the steel industry

Please Note: Candidates will be required to perform a written/welding test to demonstrate skill set and knowledge. Candidates will be subject to a background check, DMV check and drug screening to be considered for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, based upon skill set

Schedule:

• Start time 6:00 AM Monday - Friday
• Summer and Fall: 50 hr +/- work weeks
• Winter & Spring: 40 hr +/- work weeks
• Installation days are typically 10 hr +/- days
