Job Title: Welding Supervisor

Location: Singapore

Industry: Oil & Gas / Marine / Fabrication / Shipyard

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain daily work reports, welder allocation sheets & progress status.
• Allocate welders, helpers, and ensure proper task planning.
• Coordinate with Engineers, QA/QC, and client representatives.
• Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping in work area.
• Monitor welders to maintain productivity and workmanship quality.
• Verify availability of materials, electrodes, consumables, and tools
• Supervise daily welding activities at site or workshop

JOB QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Welding / Fabrication.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of welding processes and parameters.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in welding/fabrication
