Wellness Consultant

Job Summary

As a Wellness Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through their wellness journey while achieving individual and team sales targets. You will conduct client assessments, recommend personalized slimming programs, and ensure clients receive exceptional care and support throughout their treatment plan.

LOCATIONS: Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Tiruchirappalli, Erode, Vellore.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations, body assessments, and wellness evaluations
• Recommend suitable slimming, nutrition, and wellness programs based on client needs
• Drive sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building
• Follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
• Assist with daily clinic operations and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Participate in promotional activities, open days, and marketing campaigns
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold brand standards

Requirements

• Qualification : BHMS/BAMS/BSMS/BNYS/Pharm D/M SC Food and Science
• Experience in the slimming, beauty, fitness, or wellness industry (preferred)
• Proven sales track record with strong closing skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve results
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, or shifts as required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
