We’re now hiring a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Female Influencer & Content Creator to become the face of our brand and lead our online presence.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, film, and edit daily short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Research content trends and generate new, creative ideas for real estate and lifestyle video content
• Develop concepts for property tours, agent features, lifestyle shoots, and client testimonials
• Write engaging scripts, captions, and voice-over content for videos
• Collaborate with sales agents to produce behind-the-scenes and live content
• Attend property viewings, open houses, and events to create on-site video and social content
• Manage and grow the company’s Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook accounts
• Schedule consistent daily posts and maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Engage with the audience through reels, stories, live sessions, and comments
• Stay on top of social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms to maximize content reach
• Monitor performance analytics and contribute fresh content strategies to improve engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of content creation or social media marketing experience
• Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Creative, trend-aware, and able to work independently
• Strong interest in Dubai’s real estate market and digital branding
