Your Role

As a Senior Tech Lead – Wi-Fi Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing advanced Wi-Fi software features for gateway and extender products. You’ll work on cutting-edge technologies, ensuring seamless connectivity and superior performance across platforms.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and test Wi-Fi software features for gateway and extender products.
• Work on the development of new Wi-Fi features on the PrplOS platform.
• Provide technical assistance to cross-functional teams to troubleshoot customer Wi-Fi issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Wi-Fi certification processes.

Your Profile

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi protocol versions (4, 5, 6, and 7).
  • Experience with Wi-Fi Management Systems such as EasyMesh, AirTies, OpenSync.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and PrplOS platform.
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP internals and common network protocols (DHCP, DNS, HTTP).
  • Hands-on experience in C/C++ programming and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with source version control tools like Git and GitHub.
• Additional Skills:
  • Exposure to Wi-Fi certification processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
