Currently, we have a full time position available for a Wireless Sales Assistant at our Huntington Beach office that is set to start immediately.Our newest client initiative involves working with top wireless carriers to bring accessible and affordable wireless solutions to underserved community members. As the Wireless Sales Assistant, you are the key connection between the client and their consumers, acting as a main point of contact to deliver exceptional service, care and products.
Wireless Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Represent our clients’ brands with professionalism and integrity while supporting and executing sales outreach initiatives designed to expand their visibility and impact.
- Communicate the value of our clients’ wireless programs to community members, ensuring clear understanding of available services and eligibility requirements.
- Deliver brief sales presentations to potential customers, prioritizing accuracy, product transparency and a positive service experience.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact by documenting and managing all customer inquiries, enrollments, and concerns to provide transparency and informed updates to the client.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and sales efforts and propose improvements that align with client goals and growth objectives.
- Adhere to all client and company guidelines, maintaining full compliance with quality, service, and program standards in every interaction.
- Support event execution and day-to-day operations with your team to ensure that client expectations are consistently met and that each event reflects their brand standards.
Wireless Sales Assistant Preferred Skills:
- Background in the hospitality, customer service or service industry is preferred
- The ability to problem solve and think critically is a must
- Experience in client or brand management
- Comfortable with presenting to both large and small groups people
- Extremely effective communication skills and a natural ability to connect witty people
- A strong desire to work in marketing, business development or brand management
- A passion for helping others and giving back to the community
