About the Role:

As a Witness Statement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in uncovering the truth that helps shape a client’s case. You'll connect with witnesses, conduct meaningful interviews, and help craft statements that capture critical details. Many of these interviews are in person, so professionalism, empathy, and persistence are essential.

This is a dynamic , field - based role ideal for someone who thrives on conversation, detail, and driving meaningful legal outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Locate and engage with potential witnesses
• Conduct in-depth interviews—many in person, some via Zoom or phone
• Prepare, summarize, and format signed witness statements and affidavits
• Capture detailed, accurate information with professionalism and empathy
• Travel to witness locations (including evenings/weekends when needed)
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure timely, organized documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills
• High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal oversight
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing follow-ups and deadlines
• Typing proficiency and comfort with formatting basic documents

Things You’ve Done in the Past

• Experience in law enforcement, insurance, investigations, or paralegal work
• Previous experience taking formal or sworn statements
• Strong writing and documentation experience
• Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with care and discretion
