Founded in 2010 and based in Los Angeles, 4SI3NNA (Dee Elly Inc.) has grown into a nationally recognized, trend-driven apparel company. Our brands are carried by major retailers including Anthropologie, Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, Lulus, Amazon, Target, and more.

We are a fast-paced, tight-knit team looking for a highly organized Women’s Apparel Production Assistant to support the behind-the-scenes administrative processes that keep our production, design, and sales teams running smoothly.

This is an excellent role for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in building a career in women’s fast fashion and apparel production.

Role Overview

The Women’s Apparel Production Assistant is responsible for managing essential administrative workflow once orders are received. This role processes purchase orders, creates SKU numbers in our N41 ERP system, helps check fabrics and costing, ensures style requirements are met, and provides support to both the design and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Enter and manage purchase orders once sales submits them, ensuring all order details are accurate.
  • ERP Management (N41): Create and maintain SKU numbers, update style information, and ensure clean, accurate data entry across the system.
  • Fabric & Materials Checks: Confirm fabric availability, verify yardage, and ensure trims and components match style requirements before production.
  • Support Product Costing: Assist with gathering fabric, trim, and labor information needed to complete costing sheets.
  • Style Requirement Oversight: Ensure all details—labels, trims, packaging, specs, and compliance items—are completed per style before production handoff.
  • Designer Support: Help designers with sample tracking, organizing tech pack information, updating style details, and managing development files.
  • Sales Support: Provide account executives with updated style data, PO confirmations, delivery status updates, or requested reports.
  • Data Management: Keep style information, pricing, production notes, and order details up to date and consistent across internal systems.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Communicate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of all orders.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in apparel production admin, sales operations, product coordination, or similar roles (entry-level applicants with relevant internships may be considered).
  • Experience with ERP systems (N41 preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of fabrics, garment production, and costing processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel and general digital tools.

Full time position, in office, not remote, no benefits.
