WordPress Designer

Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented WordPress Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in designing and customizing WordPress websites, a good understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites and landing pages
• Customize WordPress themes and templates as per requirements
• Work with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg)
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and fast-loading
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to deliver design solutions
• Maintain, update, and improve existing websites
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress design trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS and theme customization
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce website design
• Knowledge of PHP and MySQL for WordPress customization
• Familiarity with plugins for SEO, security, and performance (Yoast, WP Rocket, etc.)
• Experience in graphic design for web and digital marketing assets
• Previous work portfolio of WordPress websites

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
