Job Description

Becker Alliance is hiring a talented WordPress Developer with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in custom theme development, plugin customization, and creating responsive, user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Work on custom themes, plugins, and website functionalities.
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress layouts.
• Manage WordPress updates, backups, and migrations.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO structure.
• Troubleshoot issues, bugs, and compatibility errors.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers for project delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with WooCommerce (preferred)
• Good understanding of MySQL database
• Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery, Divi or similar page builders
• Basic understanding of SEO optimization
• Knowledge of cPanel, hosting, and domain management

Eligibility

• Minimum 1.5+ years experience as a WordPress/PHP Developer
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (preferred)
• Portfolio or sample project links (preferred)
