About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated WordPress Developer to join our team at The Fast Way. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in WordPress development and a passion for creating functional, user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Create and modify WordPress themes and plugins
• Ensure website responsiveness and mobile optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
• Collaborate with the design and content teams
• Optimize websites for speed and performance
• Implement security best practices
• Provide regular updates and maintenance for existing websites

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in WordPress development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and core functionality
• Basic knowledge of MySQL/database management
• Familiarity with responsive design principles
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Familiarity with version control (Git)
• Understanding of web hosting and domain management
