Position: WordPress Developer

We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer who has strong experience in building landing pages, customising themes, and managing full website development. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain WordPress websites and high-converting landing pages.
• Customise and modify themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.).
• Optimise website performance including speed, responsiveness, and mobile compatibility.
• Implement tracking tools (Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Analytics) on landing pages.
• Ensure SEO-friendly structure, clean code, and best practices in development.
• Troubleshoot website issues, perform regular website updates, backups, and security checks.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver layouts.
• Create responsive, attractive, and user-friendly UI/UX layouts.
• Maintain website documentation, version control, and workflow processes.
• Work on onsite tasks, coordinate with management, and deliver projects on time.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of WordPress, themes, plugins, and page builders.
• Experience building fast and responsive landing pages.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP basics.
• Knowledge of website hosting, DNS, domain setups, and migrations.
• Basic SEO understanding (On-page, technical).
• Experience with speed optimization tools (LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, etc.).
• Ability to solve issues quickly and work independently.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Portfolio of landing pages or WordPress websites is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
