Key Responsibilities1. LMS Coordination
- Manage and update course content, assessments, videos, and learning materials in the LMS.
- Track learner progress, generate reports, and monitor course completion.
- Provide basic technical support for learners and trainers.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of all learning content.
2. WordPress Management
- Update and maintain pages, blogs, banners, and content on the company’s WordPress website.
- Upload media files, optimize website content, and manage plugins.
- Coordinate with designers/developers for website improvements.
- Ensure website speed, functionality, and SEO best practices are followed.
3. Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office coordination and documentation.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and update databases.
- Support HR and operational activities as needed.
- Manage email communication, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (content updates, plugin handling, basic SEO).
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms (TalentLMS, Moodle, Google Classroom, or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Certification in WordPress, LMS management, or admin tools is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Media, or Training companies preferred.
