Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about web development, experienced in building and customising WordPress themes and plugins, and has a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development. and help interns to learn, as well as teach student for courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Convert design mockups (Figma, PSD, Adobe XD) into fully functional WordPress websites.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across all devices.
• Implement 3rd-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, APIs).
• Maintain website security, backups, and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Experience with WooCommerce and custom post types.
• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of core web vitals, SEO best practices, and accessibility.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with REST APIs and Ajax.
• Familiarity with headless WordPress or JAMstack (nice to have).
• Knowledge of hosting environments and website deployment.
• Experience with tools like cPanel, SSH, and WP-CLI.
