WordPress Developer (Junior–Mid Level)

Digitales is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level WordPress Developer to join our fast-growing digital marketing and development team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands modern WordPress development, can build and maintain responsive websites, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with design, SEO, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, layouts)
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into functional, responsive WordPress pages
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and hosting-related problems
• Manage website migrations, backups, and security updates
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO technical compliance, and user experience
• Work with the design and content teams to implement new features and improvements
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all devices
• Provide technical support for client websites as needed

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in WordPress development
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and CMS structure
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery)
• Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO technical standards
• Ability to troubleshoot hosting/server issues (cPanel, DNS, SSL, etc.)
• Experience with WooCommerce is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Git or version control is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
