Job Description

We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer with strong Elementor experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor, theme builders, and modern web design practices. This role requires creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to convert ideas into visually appealing, responsive websites. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, and customize WordPress websites using Elementor and Elementor Pro.
• Create responsive page layouts, landing pages, and templates following brand guidelines.
• Customize themes, plugins, and website functionality as needed.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and speed.
• Manage website updates, backups, security, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to implement new features.
• Fix bugs, resolve compatibility issues, and ensure websites function smoothly.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, CRM systems, and marketing plugins when required.
• Maintain website documentation and technical best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing WordPress websites (Elementor required).
• Proficiency with Elementor, Elementor Pro, WordPress theme builders, CSS, HTML, and basic PHP.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and website optimization.
• Experience with WordPress plugins such as Yoast SEO, RankMath, WooCommerce, Ninja forms, WP rocket etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to hosting, caching, security, and plugin conflicts.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and page speed optimization.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and website performance tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Crocoblock/JET plugins or other advanced Elementor add-ons.
• Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Figma).
• Experience with website migrations, DNS management, and cPanel.
• Understanding of eCommerce (WooCommerce) setup and customization.
• Ability to write custom CSS and small PHP snippets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
