Position Overview
As a Remote Account Associate, you will play a key role in supporting client relationships and internal account operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience while gaining valuable exposure to tools and workflows used by client success and account management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding and accurate data entry
- Manage email and phone communications with clients
- Maintain and update client records using CRM platforms
- Generate reports, track account activity, and flag issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth support delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work
