We are looking for a Workday HCM Analyst with strong functional expertise and a business-analyst mindset. The role involves supporting and enhancing our Workday ecosystem, partnering with People Teams, IT, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

What you'll do

  • Analyse business needs and translate them into well-structured, scalable Workday HCM solutions.
  • Configure and maintain core Workday components including Business Processes, Notifications, Reports, Calculated Fields, Security (basic), Position Management, and Organizational Structures.
  • Support and execute Workday enhancement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, prepare functional specifications, map workflows/processes, define test scenarios, and support UAT and end-user training.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests in alignment with defined SLAs and quality standards.
  • Provide day-to-day functional and operational support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution for Workday users.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and improved system adoption

What you'll need

  • 2–4 years of Workday HCM hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday configuration areas and fundamentals.
  • Ability to learn quickly, troubleshoot effectively, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills with a business-analyst mindset and attention to detail.
  • Well versed with stakeholder management & communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in Absence Management or Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS) is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Workday VNDLY application is an advantage.
