Job Title: Workday Consultant

Locations : Bangalore, Chennai, Pune &Hyderabad.(Hybrid)

Experience: 5–10 Years

JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with deep expertise in Workday HCMmodules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, andsupporting Workday solutions that streamline HR processes. This role requires strong functionalknowledge, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functionalteams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of Workday HCM and related modules(Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, or Recruiting).

● Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into Workday configurations.

● Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Workday features and enhancements.

● Build and maintain Business Processes (BPs), Condition Rules, Calculated Fields,Integrations, and Security configurations.

● Conduct Unit Testing, System Testing, UAT, and support release management activities.

● Analyze system issues and provide best-practice solutions and continuous improvements.

● Develop documentation: functional specs, configuration designs, test cases, and training materials.

● Partner with integration teams on Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, or third-party integrations.

● Provide post-production support and Workday release impact assessments.

● Train HR teams and end-users on new features and enhancements.

● Ensure system data accuracy, compliance, and process optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● 5–10 years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant or Workday Analyst.

● Strong expertise in Workday HCM and at least one advanced module

● Hands-on experience configuring Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Security Groups,and Reporting

● Experience working on Workday Implementations, Enhancements, or AMS Support.

● Good understanding of EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday integration basics.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

● Workday certification(s) are a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with Workday Studio or advanced integrations.

● Prior involvement in global HR transformations or multi-countryimplementations.

● Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

● Ability to mentor junior team members.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
