Workday Test Engineer - Onsite Bangalore - Only Immediate Joiners

Note: This is a full time role onsite to Bangalore. We are looking for Immediate Joiners only.

• 
  Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases for Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Payroll, etc.).

• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing across Workday releases and enhancements.

• Validate configuration changes, business processes, security roles, integrations, and reporting requirements.

• Participate in requirement analysis sessions to understand functional specs and identify test scenarios.

• Document defects clearly, track them through resolution, and collaborate with functional/technical teams for timely fixes.

• Support Workday release testing, including feature impact assessments and regression cycles.
