Workers’ Compensation Attorney

Position: Workers’ Compensation Attorney (Associate, Senior Attorney, or Partner)

Location: Remote, CA.

Duration : Fulltime.

Job description :

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation files from inception to resolution
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of California workers’ compensation law and regulations
• Participate in firm-wide knowledge sharing, training, and business development

Qualifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of California (required)
• Must reside in California
• 2–10+ years of experience in workers’ compensation law
• Familiarity with legal document management systems (e.g., Practice Master, MerusCase, ProLaw, A1 Law) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
