Workers Compensation Paralegal/ Case manager

A growing local applicant law firm represent injured workers looking for a experience Case Manger handling Applicant cases. We are looking for someone who can immediately assist with overseeing a large caseload, handle filing and medical work up for our injured clients. A individual who worked in a busy applicant Law firm and capable of handling workers compensation cases from A-Z.
Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have a Workers Compensation Law Office handling applicant cases experience. No lien negotiator or lien settlements.

Qualified Applicant MUST be fluent in Spanish. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
Qualified applicant should have experience in the following categories:

• Be familiar with preparing, reviewing and filing Workers’ Compensation documents
• Must be familiar with EAMS
• Familiar in Workers Comp legal terminology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to identify and resolve pending issues on WC cases
• Able to schedule depositions and cross examinations of doctors/experts
• Prepare documents for hearing and trials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must have a strong work ethic and have a professional and positive attitude
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Must be reliable & punctual
• Familiar with Merus case management paperless solutions and computer office software
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be organized, hardworking and a team player
• Have excellent organization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
