Job Summary:

Contrive Solutions is seeking a Workforce Management Intern to assist in optimizing workforce operations, analyzing scheduling data, and improving employee efficiency. This internship will provide hands-on experience in workforce planning, data analysis, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in workforce scheduling and forecasting based on workload demands.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and shift adherence.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
• Help develop strategies for improving workforce efficiency and reducing downtime.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce management.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Maintain and update workforce databases, ensuring data accuracy.
• Support in handling workforce-related concerns and resolving scheduling conflicts.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and workforce management tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Prior experience or internship in workforce planning is a plus but not required.
