Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
What Success Looks Like:
1. Shape a Warm, Professional Guest Experience
Within your first month, become the trusted face of Capital III and Electrex by:
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Managing visitor flow with calm, friendly confidence
- Creating a welcoming, organized atmosphere that reflects who we are
2. Protect People, Information, and the Workplace
Consistently demonstrate integrity by:
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
- Enforcing guest and access protocols with kindness and strength
- Guiding people to the right solutions
3. Oversee Building Security & Access Control
Within 45 days, master:
- Key card management, visitor identification, and access procedures
- Monitoring security cameras and escalating irregularities
- Upholding safety and security standards with steady confidence
4. Keep our Headquarters Running Smoothly Every Day
Serve the organization through operational excellence by:
- Coordinating mail, packages, supplies, vendors, and meeting spaces
- Supporting HR leaders and teams with proactive, organized assistance
- Maintaining a calm, orderly environment where everyone can do their best work
5. Lead Safety & Internal Communication Rhythms
Strengthen our culture of stewardship and excellence by:
- Managing safety reviews, monthly audits, and documentation
- Communicating building updates, alerts, and information with clarity and warmth
- Supporting HR with high-trust administrative work, including data entry, report administration, and providing HR administrative resolutions
6. Enhance Workplace Hospitality & Culture
Become a culture anchor by:
- Maintaining current initiatives to engage and thank employees by:
- Flowers sent to funerals/births/hospitals
- Holiday event planning and management
- Special event planning and management
- Demonstrating positivity, steadiness, and a service-first heart
- Special event planning and management for building hospitality initiatives

Experience That Supports Success
While performance and character matter most, experience that align well includes:
- 3+ years as an office administrator, coordinator, or workforce operations
- Experience managing HR records, policy development, legal compliance, HRIS technologies, training and development, MS system administration experience, and onboarding and offboarding
- Security/access control or facilities coordination experience helpful
- Knowledge of compliance professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements, and laws.
Skills:

- Intellectually curious with an entrepreneurial mentality and work style.

- Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively, visually, and succinctly summarize and deliver information to the appropriate groups.
