Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Healthcare Marketer / Physician Liaison to help expand our footprint and fuel our continued growth. This person will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing relationships with home health agencies, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and physician offices. The goal is to generate qualified referrals, schedule meetings with decision-makers, and represent our services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential referral sources (home health agencies, hospitals, wound centers, SNFs, primary care offices, etc.)
- Schedule and attend meetings with key decision-makers to present our services and value
- Communicate the benefits of our wound care model, including rapid response (24–48 hrs), advanced graft options, and collaborative care
- Follow up consistently with existing contacts to maintain strong referral relationships
- Track referral patterns and report on outreach efforts and outcomes
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, or conferences to build brand awareness
- Collaborate closely with leadership to develop outreach strategies and growth initiatives
- Represent the Lovedale brand with integrity, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
- Previous healthcare marketing, physician liaison, or business development experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of home health, wound care, or in-home physician services is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Comfortable with travel within the region to meet partners in person
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a startup/growth environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
