As a Xactimate Expert, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for construction and repair projects using Xactimate software especially to US based clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estimating and a deep understanding of how to leverage Xactimate for detailed and efficient project cost assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Xactimate software to prepare and finalize cost estimates for various construction and repair projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project scope and budget.
• Review vendor quotes, labor costs, material prices, and other cost factors.
• Prepare and present cost reports and breakdowns to clients and internal teams.
• Keep up-to-date with industry pricing trends and materials costs.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and revisions.

Requirements:

• Experience with US based clients is mandatory
• Proven experience as a Xactimate Cost Estimator in the construction or insurance industry.
• Expertise in using Xactimate software to generate cost estimates.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, materials, and pricing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
