Job Description:
Mahboub Yacht Rental L.L.C. is seeking a reliable and experienced Yacht Captain to manage our luxury Fairline 78 ft yacht in Dubai Marina. The right candidate will be responsible for both navigation and operations, while also assisting in generating charter clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full command of the 78 ft Fairline yacht
- Ensure compliance with UAE marine safety regulations
- Perform regular maintenance and safety inspections
- Manage crew members and coordinate trips
- Greet guests and ensure a luxury onboard experience
- Help generate bookings and client leads (bonus per client)
Requirements:
- Valid UAE marine license
- Minimum 3 years of experience with similar-sized yachts
- Excellent English communication and guest service skills
- Existing network of potential yacht clients is a plus
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
Compensation:
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Bonus: Commission for each client brought onboard
- Type: Full-time or Contract
