Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the master studio schedule, balancing various yoga styles (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, etc.) and difficulty levels.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of certified yoga instructors, ensuring high standards of teaching and safety.
• Organize and promote specialty workshops, teacher trainings, and community wellness events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, providing personalized recommendations for their practice.
• Monitor class attendance metrics and student feedback to continually refine and optimize program offerings.
• Oversee the maintenance of studio equipment and ensure the practice space meets our premium aesthetic and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and newsletters that reflects our brand voice.

Skills and Requirements

• Program Management: Proven ability to manage complex schedules and lead a diverse team of instructors.
• Yoga Expertise: Deep understanding of various yoga lineages and a valid RYT-200 (or higher) certification.
• Customer Relations: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a "student-first" mindset.
• Software Proficiency: Experience using studio management software (e.g., Mindbody, Glofox, or Zen Planner).
• Communication: Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a highly valued asset in the Doha market.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in studio coordination, fitness management, or a senior teaching role.
• Education: Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
