Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a YouTube Channel Intern, located in Dubai.

· Assist in conducting business celebrity interviews: Collaborate with our team to research guests, draft questions, and coordinate logistics.

· Video shooting & editing: Help film interviews and BTS content, then edit footage into engaging videos (experience with tools like Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro is a plus).

· Social media management: Post and schedule content across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) to maximise reach and engagement.

· Content ideation: Brainstorm creative concepts for videos, thumbnails, and promotional posts.

The intern will also handle communication with viewers and other stakeholders to increase engagement and channel growth.

Qualifications

· Basic video editing and shooting skills (or eagerness to learn).

· Proficiency in YouTube platform management

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Passion for storytelling and social media trends.

· Marketing skills, particularly digital marketing

Nice-to-Have:

· Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media scheduling tools.

· Interest in pop culture, entertainment, or influencer marketing.

· Creativity and ability to develop engaging content

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

· Previous experience in media or content creation is a plus
