<b>Job Description:</b><br/> We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Brand Manager/Brand Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering, with extensive experience in selling and managing sales, as well as after-sales services for heavy/construction equipment. This position requires someone with a strong understanding of the Oman/Gulf market and a proven track record of success in a similar role.<br/>

<b> Requirements:</b>
</div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling and managing sales, as well as after-sales services for heavy/construction equipment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the Oman/Gulf market, with prior experience working in the region.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.</li>
<li>Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office applications.</li>

</div>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase market share for the brand's heavy/construction equipment.</li>
<li>Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and visibility.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.</li>
<li>Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the after-sales team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and support to customers.</li>
<li>Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.</li>
