Job Summary. 
Handling customer order processing with regular follow-up with Manufacturing, support in logistics and inventory management.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
The Operations Coordinator must maintain a sound working relationship with other managers within the organisation.
<ul>

<li>Fully accountable for Solids Control &amp; Waste Management P&amp;L account through-out the region.</li>

<li>Responsible for the quotation of all Spares &amp; Equipment’s as required by the customer and will utilise your collaboration skills in liaison with peers and key stakeholders to solve problems, improving performance to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Ability to drive continual improvement processes working with various disciplines ensuring a smooth and timely transition from customer order to customer delivery</li>
</ul>
Responsible for: 
<ul>
<li>Customer Order Follow-up</li>
<li>Timely invoicing of sales orders, rental &amp; services to customers in ME</li>
<li>Assist if required with expediting overdue orders.</li>
<li>Overview customer orders and report any delays to Supervisor.</li>
<li>Processing customer orders into our system in a proactive manner to maintain output and performance indicator spread sheets.</li>
<li>Proactively work with purchasing to assist with the review of stock levels.</li>
<li>Notify our clients of any delays in a courteous manner.</li>
<li>Maintain and update ERP Systems.</li>
<li>Actively promote HSE.</li>
<li>Support adequately the whole region.</li>
<li>Manage the implementation of company policies regarding compliance, timekeeping, holiday planning, performance reviews and disciplinary procedures.</li>
<li>Promotion and implementation of training at all levels of our organization.</li>
<li>Support in logistics requirements</li>
<li>Handle Asset Management (TAT) in ERP system</li>
</ul>
To engage in any other activity within his / her capability as requested by line management.

<li>Minimum Graduate Qualification.</li>
<li>Logistics and Inventory Knowledge.</li>
<li>Microsoft Office – Good knowledge.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English.</li>
<li>Experience in ERP Packager, JDE Experience highly preferred.</li>

Accountant (Omanization)

 Summary: 
As a member of the HR Technology team, the role provides customer-focused HR systems support and development to serve the needs of all end users and operational stakeholders across the Middle East &amp; Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC)
Acting as a technical specialist for our Oracle HCM Cloud solution for HR and Recruiting, as well as other functional systems such as Kronos (Timekeeping and Activities) and ADP Payroll (SAP or Celergo).
You will deliver end user and change requests support as well as configuration and testing for the applications, specifically, alongside the rest of the wider HR Tech Team supporting the whole range of HR systems deployed. 

Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Responsible for service delivery across all HR and Time systems and functional areas being used by the business.</li>
<li>First-line support and resolution for all HR systems as well as Kronos-related queries, such as setup &amp; process questions, systems questions, and technical/user issues-related queries</li>
<li>Investigating/troubleshooting systems errors, working with the appropriate internal and external support teams in resolution.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing support to your key stakeholders of Regional Payroll Teams and in-country Time Keeping Power Users groups in the appropriate systems input/usage to support downstream payroll processes relating to Kronos or Celergo (ADP Payroll)</li>
<li>Small works development and configuration across the HR and Time systems as well as ongoing system maintenance such as interfaces, tables, and field updates.</li>
<li>Delivery of regularly scheduled tasks such as monthly audits, data cleansing, and report running table updates.</li>
<li>User access management (UAM) with security and role profiles being correctly used, monitored, and assigned.</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc requests such as mass data loads, data interrogation, and reorganizations.</li>
<li>Assist with annual activities such as salary reviews, benefit enrolments, talent, and performance cycles.</li>
<li>Undertake best practice testing methodology as appropriate.</li>
<li>Support the HR Services team in the delivery of systems related projects as necessary.</li>
<li>Keep working documentation up to date, such as technical specification documents, local work instructions and user guides.</li>
<li>Working daily with the HRIT and technical team based in the US.</li>

Experience &amp; Qualifications: 
Essential: 
<ul>
<li>Higher education within the relevant subject</li>
<li>3+ years of experience</li>
<li>Excellent command of English – both written and spoken.</li>
<li>Good underlying experience of HR Applications and their structures.</li>
<li>Advanced MS Excel and general data manipulation skills.</li>
<li>General interest and experience in working with computer systems.</li>
<li>Experience working in the corporate environment.</li>
</ul>
Desirable:

<li>IT Degree or Equivalent</li>

Perform ME day-to-day activities like
